Instructions for Ice
Indications for Use: Acute pain, sharp shooting pain, swelling, joint pain
- Ice 20 min then rest for 40 min
- Repeat for 3 hours in a row
- Then take a 2 hour break and you may repeat this therapy. Use a reusable ice pack so you can lay flat on it. you may want to put a thin towel between the ice pack and your skin.
- CAUTION: Using ice constantly for a number of hours in a row may cause a decreased blood circulation in the area and may result in bedsores.
